Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?
No. You can sign up and use Movylo for a trial period without entering your credit card details. If you select a paid plan, at the end of your trial, or when you decide to launch your store, you will need to enter your credit card details.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide that Movylo doesn't help you grow your customer list and generate more sales, simply cancel your account from your control panel.
How long are your contracts?
All Movylo plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual plan.
Is there any transaction fee on sales I generate via Movylo?
No, you just pay a flat monthly subscription, all the sales you generate are 100% yours.
Do you offer any discounted plans?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount on annual plans, when they are paid upfront. Contact us here if you're interested in an annual plan.
Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
What is the welcome call for?
To make sure we help you start up, giving you some hints on how to turn your Movylo plan into incremental sales. We also use the call to properly set your store for you.
What is the "Monthly support call" for?
You will have a dedicated person calling you once per month, analyzing how you are using Movylo and your key performances (how many registered customers, level of their loyalty, sales growth, …), helping you achieve success with Movylo. Our clients appreciate this feature a lot, it makes them feel supported and...they see results arrive faster! Remember that our goal is to help you generate incremental sales.
